Of course, the name must be in English, and it has to connect to the purpose of the VLRC.

Learning a foreign language using virtual resources require that WE are able to work with autonomy and true interest. This means that WE LEARNERS assume language learning with much responsibility and commitment.

Ojectives of the VLRC

Through the VLRC we learners will be able to:

1. Explore and use virtual resources and tools that facilitate our autonomous and collaborative learning of English (EFL).

2. Improve our EFL listening skills, supported on reading, writing and speaking skills, using different virtual resources and tasks which are connected to local, regional and global contexts.

3. Become aware of and express our ideas on cultural differences among different contexts and peoples in the local, national and global scenarios.

As this is a website for your self-learning process, instead of ‘YOU’ we decided to use 'I' and 'WE' refering to the participant students which express a more convincing involvement with the tasks, participants and strategies in the VLRC.
